How I Can Help

I have experience of working in the NHS IAPT service seeing a wide variety of clients from all walks of life. I also spent time working with young adults in an educational setting helping them deal with student life and coping with issues at home. I have worked in a charity organisation that helps people with learning difficulties and more affecting mental health conditions, including suicidal ideation and severe trauma.  I also volunteer at a psychological services organisation that offers low cost/free counselling to those in need as well as providing an Islamic model of counselling to those who require it.
